Egg Donation & Surrogacy Consultations 
Egg Donation: You were likely recommended for psychological assessment by your fertility specialist if you are considering fertility treatments that involve a third party. For egg donation, I will meet with the individual receiving the egg for 90-120 minutes for a consultative evaluation. Depending on the referral from your fertility specialist I may also need to have a separate  evaluation with the egg donor for 90-120 minutes. I will then send a written report and recommendations to the referring provider. 

Surrogacy: For a surrogacy evaluation I will need to meet with the parents who will be receiving the child for a 90-120 minute consultation and separately I will meet with the surrogate carrier for a 90-120 minute consultation. I will then send a written report and recommendations to the referring provider.
